The Craig Family recently hosted a fundraiser to benefit the NICU at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, ND. The following is a message from the family.

Sanford Partners Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Children’s is so very near and dear to our hearts, as our daughters were in the NICU for 128 days. Kinley was born at 1 pound 4 ounces (20 ounces), Ava was a mere 12 ounces. Hence our event name, 12&20. Both are thriving and are happy, energetic little ladies. Because of Sanford Children’s we wanted to give back, and asked if there is anything that is needed. We were fascinated to hear that they were looking at web cameras to be put into each bedside, so family and friends could securely log in and view their baby, in real time. NicView cameras would be treasured as it not only provides peace of mind for mom and dad to see their baby anytime they wish, but also for family that is out of town and may not be able to see the baby. 

Last year, Jesse and Mindy Craig were approached by Sanford to see if they would consider being a sponsor for the NICU Wing in the new Sanford Hospital in West Fargo, ND. They graciously accepted. The NICU wing will have state of the art technology and top notch staff.
